Mismatch detection
catch document mismatches before they reach the technical service
Quicker Homologation, with a clear trace and status
Vehicle type-approval extensions are re-verified by hand.
When an OEM changes a component or pushes a software update, an engineer has to work out which regulations it touches, assemble the right evidence, upload PDFs, physical test reports, standing certifications, and walk it through sign-off with a Technical Service before a national authority amends the certificate. Version mismatches between documents usually surface late, after submission.
Catch the mismatch before submission
Vetta homologation works inside that workflow instead of replacing it. It reads each submitted document and extracts what a reviewer would check by hand: software versions, test results, affected regulations. It then checks them against the vehicle's standing RXSWIN registry and SUMS/CSMS certification before anything goes out. A Change Management Report citing one firmware build against a safety assessment citing another gets flagged immediately, with a direct link back to the document to fix, not a rejection discovered days later. The same regulation data drives the classification: whether a change is a Revision, an Extension, or a New Approval falls out of what actually changed, not a fixed checklist.
Stay ahead of regulation
Every product or software change, mapped to the regulations it affects.
